Sila Hatipogullari

Stage 3, BA (Hons) Architecture

This proposal aims to strengthen the bond between KRAN (Kent Refugee Action Network) members, under-18 asylum seekers and the local community. The main concept of the project is based on traditional tea growth, production and sharing, and the locals are encouraged to participate in this process. By designing a market space, performance centre and numerous social spaces, creation of a more diverse community is aimed. The proposal is located at the Canterbury Bus Station.
