The proposal is a dancing school and a ballroom. The proposal aims to provide local dancers with facilities such as dance studios to perform, teach and practice dance. The proposal involved the adaptive reuse of a small industrial building and cross-laminated timber as the primary construction materials to maximise sustainability and reduce embodied carbon.
