The Ashford Welcome Centre provides mental health services to the public as well as on a personal level. The centre is located on the corner of the town centre, central to the more deprived areas that are more likely to be effected by mental health issues. It is a gateway that is welcoming to all, connecting the public realm to the memorial garden behind. The centre provides a moment of peace for those who need to escape their busy or stressful lives.
