The proposal aims to merge the process of potato plastic with the reintegration of the homeless into the wider community for a greener future, by providing a shared ‘indoor’ street created by sliding rooms that open during the day and close at night. The portal frame is a permanent structure which can be used in 2030 to produce at a larger scale and a museum in 2040 to not replicate the mistakes of our present.
