Stage 3, BA (Hons) Architecture
Both projects have been designed to improve the existing living conditions in Margate. The Martial Arts Centre in Cliftonville aims to reduce crime rates, improve mental health amongst the most vulnerable and promote tourism.
Likewise, the new extension of Margate Theatre Royal aims to attract a bigger portion of the community into the building, hence improving the economy while reducing anonymity in the area.
