New proposed Civic Amenity built within the existing Royal Harbour Carpark, Leopold Street, Ramsgate. The project objectives are to provide a warm and welcoming opportunity for the community to be exposed to the Art. The space is required to be cosy and bright, highly accessible to everyone so reducing the amount of steps in the building is important.
Urban Intervention (Images 8-9)
Redeveloping Ramsgate’s seafront consisting of three different sites with the purpose of encouraging community gathering.

Affordable accommodation which is inclusive of all ages ranging from the younger to the older generations.
