Stage 3, BA (Hons) Architecture
My Architectural Design proposal, linked to my Urban Intervention scheme, aimed to reconnect and refamiliarise the polarised communities that coexist in Ramsgate. The proposed civic centre would house a functional community garden, using the latest in agritech, an indoor/outdoor skatepark, a metalwork college and kitchen and market stalls for rental, to sell the produce grown on site. This intersection of heavy industry, sports and health and wellbeing is what gives the project it’s unique buzz.
