Demolishing up to 50% of an existing concrete multistorey car park in Ramsgate. The purpose of this project is to create a new space for Windmill Community Gardens to expand and educate adults, young people, families and children about their local environment through various activities to develop a thriving community within Thanet, using the ‘Talk, Learn, Grow’ scheme to promote and introduce new people to the current gardens and the proposed Windmill Community Education Centre.
