Stage 3, BA (Hons) Architecture

The project brief is informed by the identity of the client, Canterbury Repair Café, and integrating the response towards the concern of consumer culture at the Canterbury City Centre. The final architectural proposal is of modular system developed from the initial prototype structure which would allow future expansion and the concept of ‘design for disassembly’. The proposal aims to demonstrate and cultivate the culture of circular economy with designated programme of activities as a way to promote sustainable benefits to the community of Canterbury.
