Regeneration in Margate
Architectural Design - Lido Aquatic & Community Centre, Cliftonville (1-6)
The proposal is to create a new mixed-use development at the Lido site which will restore the historic open-air pool to its former glory and brings health and wellbeing intervention into the local community of Margate.
Urban Intervention – Community Hub (extension) at Royal Theatre (7-10)
A new community hub is added to the existing Theatre Royal to provide additional facilities. The proposed multi-use community garden at Hawley Square is my focal concept to engage in a more community-friendly space for both residents and visitors, and even small businesses.
