With reference to the Covid-19 recently, cities were locked down to prevent the spread of the virus. As a result, the food chain was interrupted and the food supply and distribution in Canterbury was affected. The operation of the Canterbury Food Bank was upset as well. In this project, the aim is, that with the help of technology, we can be prepared and well-equipped for any more foreseeable pandemics in the next twenty years.
