Make Studios is a creative hub in Hackney Wick, London. It is an adaptive reuse of an early twentieth century warehouse along the River Lee. The hub contains workshops on the ground floor specialising in woodwork, carpentry, and furniture restoration. Studios on the upper floors allow artists in residence to create work that can be sold in the marketplace. Underpinning the project was the desire to reinstate the lost Furniture Works once existing nearby.
